The Count of Monte Cristo (Alexandre Dumas): Hazama introduces Itona to this book in Horibe Itona Time. Considering she had all the volumes on her person, it feels natural to infer that this is a favourite of hers. Heavy revenge preceded by suicidal ideation...those are the themes you need to captivate her.

No Longer Human (Dazai Osamu):

Temple of the Golden Pavilion (Mishima Yukio): Hazama references this book in Korotan D in her lesson on Japanese classics. Out of the classics listed, this is absolutely one she'd be most interested in. Dark thoughts, mental illness and misery abound, the subject matter the book tackles just calls her name.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (Lewis Carroll): Hazama talks about this book in her Korotan C lesson and is depicted as the villainous Queen of Hearts in the mobile game. I imagine this to be a book she read when she was younger and holds fondness for, especially for the delightfully wicked character the Queen of Hearts is! I also, to a degree, think she might relate subconsciously to Alice.
The Body (Stephen King):

Inspector Imanishi Investigates (Matsumoto Seicho):

Anne of Green Gables (Lucy Maud Montgomery):

Little Women (Louisa May Alcott):
